What we collect and why
The site has no accounts, no sign-up and no contact form. Personal data reaches us in only the ways described below.
Calculator inputs
The calculators keep inputs only in the current page. They are not sent to a server, saved after you leave the page or added to the page address. No account or sportsbook connection is needed.
Server access logs
Like most web servers, the server records a line for each request: IP address, date and time, the page or file requested, the response status and size, the referring page and your browser’s user-agent string. The logs are used to deliver the site, find errors and detect abuse such as attacks or automated overload. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, the basis for this is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Email you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you include, your message and any attachments. They are used to reply and, for corrections, to fix the page. Your address is not added to any mailing list; the site has no newsletter. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, the basis is responding to your request.
Your cookie choice
When you accept or reject optional cookies, the choice and the time you made it are stored in your browser’s local storage under the name “hc-consent”. It stays on your device and is not sent to the server. The cookie policy has the details.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. A cookie banner asks for your choice so that any optional service added in the future can only run with your permission. See the cookie policy.
Where data is stored and who processes it
- Hosting: the site and its access logs are on a virtual private server provided by Hostinger.
- Email: mail to the contact address is received by the domain registrar’s email-forwarding service and passed on to the mailbox the operator uses. Those providers handle the message only to deliver and store it.
- No selling or sharing: personal data is not sold, rented or shared for advertising. It is disclosed only if the law requires it or to deal with abuse of the site.
- International transfers: the server and email providers may be located outside your country, so your data may be processed in another country.

Security
All pages are served over HTTPS, and browsers are told to always use a secure connection. A strict content security policy allows only the site’s own files to load. Access to the server is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not email sensitive information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, data-protection laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR or US state privacy laws may give you the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to complain to a data-protection authority.
To make a request, email contact@hedgecalculator.co. Access logs are not linked to names, so to find entries about your visit we need your IP address and the approximate date and time. We may ask for information to confirm that a request is genuine.
Children
The site is intended for adults of legal gambling age and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has emailed us personal information, contact us and it will be deleted.
Changes to this policy
If the way the site handles personal data changes, for example if a new service is added, this policy is updated before the change takes effect and the date below changes.
